Employee Resource Groups

ExxonMobil supports participation in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These groups further inclusion through education and recognition of cultural heritages and experiences. ERGs support recruitment efforts, new hire orientation, professional development, and mentorship. Employee Resource Groups are open to all employees and each one has a senior leader sponsor.

Karen McKee, President ExxonMobil Product Solutions, awarded 2024 Petrochemical Heritage Award

The American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM) recently presented Karen McKee, president of ExxonMobil Product Solutions Company, with the 2024 Petrochemical Heritage Award for her outstanding contributions to the petrochemical industry. As part of her remarks during the International Petrochemical Conference in San Antonio, hosted by AFPM, Karen stated: “It’s an honor to be the first woman to receive this award. Over my career, I’ve been delighted to see that the number of women, and women leaders, in our industry has grown significantly. So, while I may be the first woman to receive this award, I’m confident that I will not be the last.”
