• In 2011, the company discovered a significant quantity of natural gas within block 118 offshore Vietnam, known as the Ca Voi Xanh field.
• The development concept would consist of an offshore platform, a pipeline to shore, an onshore gas treatment plant and pipelines that supply gas for about 3 gigawatts power generation.

• EMVL was established in Apr 2018. The principal activities of the company are (i) marketing management consulting service (ii) market research services; and (iii) commercial brokerage services. EMVL conducts commercial brokerage activities with respect to trading of plastic materials: Polypropylene plastic type, polyethylene, polyolefin elastomers and propylene-based elastomer in accordance with the regulations of Vietnam laws.
• Leveraging on the technology leadership, reliability in supply, performance-driven products and reputation of the chemical companies, EMVL focuses on helping to bridge the needs of the market so that plastic industry and converters in Vietnam can further differentiate themselves and in turn add value to their end users. Vietnam is fast evolving into a manufacturing and agricultural export hub, and there are growing demands for sustainability with the use of less raw material for better packaging performance. This is the space where EMVL is focusing on in the long term to help businesses be able to deliver the packaging performance needs and compete in the global platform.
