ExxonMobil in the community

Overview

Since opening a venture office in 2008, ExxonMobil is working to understand and support the needs of Vietnam communities especially in the central area close to the Ca Voi Xanh discovery. We seek projects that have a lasting impact and our key focus is children healthcare initiatives and education programs in partnership with VinaCapital Foundation, Operation Smile Vietnam and Teach for Vietnam (TFV).

ExxonMobil in Vietnam has been an active donor with a total contribution amount of more than $1M to implement multiple community development projects together with our local corporate social responsibility (CSR) partners. Millions of children and adults have been benefited from our programs so far.

ExxonMobil has been recognized for its continued contributions to the local communities in Vietnam with the Corporate Social Responsibility Recognition Award by the American Chamber of Commerce Hanoi for many years.
