Note:  ExxonMobil will be transitioning to SAP Business Network.  During this transition, Suppliers might need to maintain information in two different systems.

For Pioneer or Denbury, send requested updates to SupplierHelp@pxd.com or DenburyPayables@exxonmobil.com respectively.

Supplier record update in ApexAnalytix

ApexAnalytix allows Suppliers to register (upon ExxonMobil invitation) or update record information such as name, address, banking details, tax etc.

To register your profile or ensure the information is accurate, please follow the below steps:

 1. 

First-Time Users: If this is your first time logging in follow these instructions:

  • Click here and select the option “Identity Verification & Apex Login Setup” 
  • Complete the form by providing the information currently on ExxonMobil records. This helps us verify your identity and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Once information is successfully verified, you’ll receive two email notifications from the ApexAnalytix Portal with username and temporary password. Please ensure to check your junk inbox if emails are not found.
  • Complete your profile update as soon as you receive username and password. They will expire within 30 days.

Returning Users: If you have used ApexAnalytix portal before, click here to log in. If you encounter any login issues, please click here for support.
