Q: What attracted you to working in this industry?

I was drawn to the energy industry because of its dynamic nature and the meaningful impact it can have on communities and the environment. My father also worked in it. As general counsel, I find fulfillment in navigating complex legal landscapes and providing strategic advice amid emerging and challenging regulations.

Q: What are your tips on juggling work and personal life?

It’s essential to prioritize self-care. I believe in taking time to check in with myself and recharge my own battery. It’s by enjoying the small moments that I can work with dedication when it truly matters!

Q: Which superpowers would you choose?

I would love to have the ability to teleport! Imagine being able to travel anywhere in the world in the blink of an eye. It would make balancing work and personal life so much easier, plus I’d get to visit loved ones and explore new cultures without worrying about travel time.

Q: What is your secret talent?

My secret talent is discovering amazing restaurants. As a food lover, I have a knack for finding hidden gems and the best places to eat, whether it’s a cozy café or a trendy new spot. Searching for restaurants not only satisfies my culinary curiosity but also helps me relieve stress. It’s something I truly enjoy.

Q: Building on International Women’s Day’s theme, #Acceleratection, what actions have you taken, or would recommend, to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce?

Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is something I really care about. I love supporting mentorship programs that help people from different backgrounds grow and thrive. These programs bring a variety of talents and perspectives to the table, contributing to a more inclusive environment. I champion activities through the Women’s Interest Network (WIN) and PRIDE Thailand, which work to  promote a culture of inclusion. By taking these steps together, we can create a workplace that embraces diversity and fosters creativity!
